Playground repairs complete after vandalism

Work was expected to finish Wednesday, July 17 in repairing the newer playground area at the Dublin City Park after someone cut a hole in the ‘fall-safe’ surface, necessitating a complete replacement of the materials.

The North Central Texas Emergency Communications District (NCT9-1-1) hosted its annual 9-1-1 Gala June 14, in Fort Worth to honor the accomplishments of local 9-1-1 telecommunicators and Emergency Communications Centers (ECCs).

Sales tax up for Dublin

Dublin sales tax collections were up in May at 8.89%, compared to May 2023, according to the state sales tax report released by Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar.For the month of May, Dublin received $46,850.97, compared to $42,989.18 in May 2023.
