P&Z to hold meeting Thursday The Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a meeting at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13 at the Dublin City Hall regarding a request for a conditional use permit for Emerald Ridge LLC.The site was previously approved in the dense single family zoning.

Fiber internet in development

Crews with Nextlink Internet have started installing fiber broadband internet lines in Dublin, promising the ability for increased speed to more than 1,200 homes and businesses in town.

Tarleton launches Center for Rural Resilience

Tarleton State University’s College of Health Sciences and the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources are teaming up to establish the Center for Rural Resilience.The initiative was approved at the November 2024 Texas A&M System Board of Regents meeting.
