Library plans Back-to-School Fair

The annual Back-to-School Fair is on the horizon and the Dublin Public Library is seeking your help to make this year’s event extra special.The fair is set from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 25 at the library.

Fireworks illegal in city limits

Just a reminder, though Erath County is not in a burn ban, fireworks are illegal to discharge both inside Dublin and Stephenville city limits.Violations may result in citations, fines or criminal charges.

Rabies reported in Erath County

The Erath County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the Texas Department of Health of a positive rabies exposure in the area of County Road 230.Several puppies were located near the Erath/Hood county line which were moved to an address near County Road 230 prior to testing positive.
