Marching Classic unveiled
DISD Band Director Ronny Luedke gives a thumbs up to his drum majors and captains prior to the Sound of Dublin performance of its ‘Ninja’ routine at the first annual Harry Bradberry Marching Classic at Dublin Secondary on Oct. 2. Ten bands performed in the inaugural event with band students, parents and boosters on site to help in any way.
Dublin Elementary makes the list
Dublin Elementary was named 20th best Elementary school in the state of Texas during U.S. News and World Report’s inaugural ranking of the state’s 5,151 elementary schools. A Card My Yard sign was installed this week celebrating the honor.
Making History
Dublin Lions were Area Champions for the first time in school history after defeating the Palmer Bulldogs 41-35 Nov. 19 in Joshua.
