Citizen closed for Christmas

The Dublin Citizen will close at noon on Thursday, Dec. 23 and re-open on Dec.. 27 so that the staff may celebrate the Christmas holiday. The closure will not affect subscribers from receiving copies or the deadlines for the following edition. The Citizen wishes everyone a very Merry Christmas!

Tarleton Planetarium running Christmas program

The Tarleton State University Planetarium’s most popular holiday show, “The Mystery of the Christmas Star,” will run through Dec. 20. It investigates possible dates for the birth of Christ and examines recorded sightings of significant astronomical events during this time.
