At 11:18 a.m. a grass fire broke out on Hwy 6 East starting from a heat lamp and endangered multiple structures before being put out.
At 9:26 p.m. everyone managed to get out of a one-story house fire on CR 128 which started in the garage and spread rapidly to the house.
At 10:22 p.m. a vehicle went off road on Hwy 108 North and flipped over a pipe fence, but everyone got out and only one ambulance was needed.
January 8
At 7:25 a.m. the house fire on CR 128 reignited and the fire department was called back out to the scene.
