Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals on felony charges Thursday, Oct. 16.
They are: ■ Taylor Danielle Bigbie, 32, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group
1, 4-200 grams (First Degree felony);
■ Agustin Franco Carranza,
27, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Angel Gerardo Cerritos Palma, 27, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (Second Degree felony);
■ Amanda Michelle Hamilton, 49, theft of property, $150,000 to
$300,000 (Second Degree felony);
■ Christine Lynn Hartman,
47, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than
1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ William Lance Hathcock,
61, manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (First Degree felony);
■ Garrett Franklin Holmes,
21, intoxication assault with a vehicle, serious bodily injury (Third Degree felony);
■ Leroy Henry Jones, 65, two counts of theft of property, $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felonies) and possession of a substance in penalty group
1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Michael David Jones, 46, driving while intoxicated third or more (Third Degree felony);
■ Alberto Azael Mendoza Lopez, 20, possession of a substance in penalty group
2, 4 to 400 grams (Second Degree felony);
■ Alejandro Rodriguez, 30, evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction, enhanced (State Jail felony);
■ Ricardo Ruiz, 39, forgery (State Jail felony);
■ Gabriel David Valverde, 21, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony);
■ Arthur Lee Williams, 67, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (Third Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram enhanced (State Jail felony).
