The Sound Of Dublin is inviting everyone to travel to Mineral Wells Saturday, Oct. 14 as they compete at Regionals at 3 p.m.

The Dublin Lady Lions took to the court to face the Eastland Mavericks and the Brock Eagles last week in volleyball action. Dublin’s girls scored 7, 6 and 11 in a three-set away game against Eastland Tuesday, Oct.

Black bass to 7.07 pounds are good on jigs and shaky heads, and 6.13 pound fish on whopper plopper, crankbaits and frogs in 2-15 feet of water. Crappie slow in brush piles and around the docks on minnows in 8-12 feet of water. White bass are good to 1.50 pounds under the lights on crankbaits and small jigs. Catfish are slow to 8 pounds on jug lines, or rods using prepared and cut bait.
