Rylan George Lee Pruitt also known as Officer Beans started making an impact on this world on January 14, 2016. His life, and the legacy that he leaves behind has touched thousands of people.

Rylan started his courageous battle with Medullomyoblastoma, a rare type of brain cancer on May 26, 2021. Throughout his battle he reminded countless people what it means to be brave, and defined true strength like his favorite superhero Spider-man. In his free time he enjoyed playing with his cousins, practicing baseball or fine tuning his UNO skills.

Rylan dreamed of being a Police Officer, so he could eat donuts anytime he wanted. On January 26th , 2021 Rylan’s dream came true as he was sworn into the Fort Worth Police Department as an honorary Police Officer.

Rylan’s legacy leaves behind his parents, Marisa (Milini) Pruitt and Michael Pruitt; brother Travis Pruitt and Bonus Mom Lexi Pruitt.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his Grandparents, Greg and Linda Milini; Carroll and Anita Pruitt. Rylan was loved by his numerous aunts and uncles, Jason and Michelle Greenwald as well as Kimberley Pruitt. Rylan had many cousins including Aurora, Jonah, Jotham, Mia-Bella, Hayley, Gavin, and Asher.

Rylan has touched many lives, and without a doubt will leave a mark on the hearts of all those around him.

Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2022 at Northwood Church in Keller, Texas.

Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Northwood Church in Keller, Texas. Burial followed the service at Greenwood Memorial Park in Fort Worth, Texas.
