McMILLAN

Dovie Kathleen McMillan passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 1, 2020. She was born on June 20, 1929 in Dublin Erath County to her parents John Wesley Butler and Donnie Dovie Howell Butler. She married J.A. (Bill) McMillan on June 28, 1946. She is survived by her two daughters Donnie Ann White of Proctor, Texas and Brenda Kay Wilson of Dublin, Texas, her four grandchildren Tim Cogburn and wife Niki of Stephenville, Texas, Josh Wilson and wife Cindy of Dublin, Texas, Jim Wilson and wife Michelle of Pleasanton, Texas, and Mike Wilson and wife Tania of Oklahoma, thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

She retired from health care working locally in Dublin area for many years. She was an active member of Green Acres Baptist Church of Stephenville, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband Bill McMillan, her parents John and Donnie Butler, her two brother Wesley Butler and Gerald Butler, her two grandsons Toby White and Frankie White, and one great grandson Jericho Solis, three son-in-laws Mike Wilson, Ron White, and Jed Cogburn.

She will be missed greatly by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will start at 12 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2020 until service time at Harrell Memorial Chapel in Dublin, Texas

Graveside service were held Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the Hanson Cemetery in Proctor, Texas.
