Kimberly Rae (Draper) Champion, 55, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 28, 2021 Baylor Scott and White hospital in Ft. Worth, Texas surrounded by her husband of 34 years Monty, her daughter Shelby, and son in law Jarrod.

She was born July 19, 1966 in Garland, Texas to Donald Gene Draper and the late Bobbie Faye (Stuart) Draper. She graduated from Garland High School in January of 1984.

Though she took a job from time to time in customer service to pay a bill or two she dedicated her life to her husband and children.

She married her sweetheart Monty Wade Champion on August 14,1987 in Cottonwood, Texas. She took great pride in being the best wife and mother she could possibly be.

Although her son Jeffery Don Champion was already born when they married her daughter Shelby Brooke (Champion) Jennings was soon born and the family was complete.

She is preceded in death by her mother Bobbie Faye (Stuart) Draper. Her eldest sister Teresa Gene Harris Draper. Brother Ricky Venoy Draper, Sister Karen Lee (Draper) Hamm, Father in law Glenn Dale Champion, Mother in law Ethel Byrle (Snyder) Champion, as well as many other beloved family members and friends.

She is survived by her husband Monty Wade Champion of Stephenville, Texas, son Jeffery Don Champion Stephenville, Texas, Daughter Shelby Brooke (Champion) Jennings and son in law Jarrod James Jennings of Dublin, Texas, Father Donald Gene Drapers and wife Vicci Thelma (Vandenburg) Draper of Cross Plains, Texas, Sister Pamela Gene (Draper) Seals and husband Troy Seals of Van Wheeler, Texas, Grandchildren Elizabeth Faye Reed, Braxton Wade Champion, Kordyn Bobbie-Benjamin Champion, Harley JoAnna Jennings, as well as many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday November 5th 2021 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at Harrell Funeral Home in Dublin, Texas 796446

Service will be Saturday November 6, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Harrell Funeral Home.

Interment will be Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Cottonwood Cemetery in Cottonwood, Texas.

Flowers and plants are welcomed. Kim was not a big fan of pink or orange flowers.
