September8-11weretentatively set as the rodeo dates for the 1948 Dublin rodeo. This action was taken at the membership meeting of the Dublin Rodeo Enterprises, Inc., last Friday night at the directors room at the Dublin National Bank.

These dates were not set definitely as the Dublin rodeo is held just before the World’s Championship Rodeo Corp. departs for their Madison Square Garden Show. The New York dates will not be set until sometime in May of this year, but should be just after the dates tentatively set for the rodeo here.

It was decided to hold four night shows, eliminating the Sunday show altogether. The night shows would be on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

C.E. Leatherwood was reelected president for another year. The other officers remain the same, which are Joe T. Kennedy vice president, Joe Henderson treasurer and Mack Williamson, secretary.
