Erath County Ag Extension in conjunction with Locked & Loaded will be hosting a community salsa canning class. The class will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25 at Locked & Loaded Training Center, located at 205 N. Patrick in Dublin.
Learn how to can your own salsa. Everything is provided and you will take a jar of deliciousness home with you. $35 covers everything, but it must be paid by Sept. 18 to reserve your spot.
