Erath County Grand Jury indicted 19 individuals Aug. 21 on felony charges.

They are: Kendon Dawayne Baker, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Hollis Matthew Scott Cole Jr., 32, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Dustin Allen Cunningham, 23, violation of a protective order with two or more previous convictions (Third Degree felony); Sarah Nicole Day, 39, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Emmanuel Garcia, 36, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Johnathan Michael Garcia, 19, deadly conduct discharge firearm (Third Degree felony); William Douglas Hall, 44, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram, enhanced (State Jail felony); John David Hallmark, 31, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (Third Degree felony); Justin Lee Hubble, 39, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony); Krystale Raine Lee, 36, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (First Degree felony); Noe Martin Luna, 57, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Christopher Cole Peters, 21, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (Second Degree felony); Gabriel Renteria, 23, unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material (State Jail felony); Emmanuel Reyna, 20, fraudulent use of possession of identifying information, less than five items (State Jail felony); Francisco Vasquez Rios, 54, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Martha Loraine Rios, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Ronnie Rose Sappington, 24, credit or debit card abuse (State Jail felony); Pablo Torres Jr., 44, assault family violence with prior conviction enhanced (Third Degree felony) and Mario Alberto Trevino, 47, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony).
