March 20

There was a residential alarm in the 500 block of Grafton Street. An officer checked the shed and there was no damage and nothing taken from the property. Home owner advised the wind blew the door open.

March 21

An open door was spotted in the 100 block of South Patrick at a business. Looks like the wind blew it open. Officer checked and secured the building.

There was a report of a male in the 500 block of North Grafton in a reflective vest trying to sell high speed internet and asked to take a photo of an electric box. An officer spoke with the individual. They stated they were not trying to sell anything but were trying to get an estimate on how much it would cost for fiber optic lines for internet in the area.

March 22

There was a warrant service. No contact with the individual.

A reporting person was trying to help ex-husband and he was asked to leave, but refused. The subject was given a criminal trespass requested by the caller.

March 23

There was a report of a truck on Highway 6 West with a flatbed trailer swerving. An officer in the area located the 18 wheeler and observed driving. He did not notice any reckless driving.

March 24

There was a report of a cow out on 377 Loop/W Blackjack.

There was a report of a cow out near the Cowboy

Church on Highway 6

March 25

There was a report of loud music on Hawk Street. An officer located the noise and individuals were asked to turn the music down.

There was a line down in the road on Trowbridge and Comanche. Oncor was notified.

A reporting person returned a phone call from an officer in regards to a cow being out.

There was a report of loud music on Park Street. An officer did not locate the music.

Dublin PD assisted ECSO on a traffic stop.

March 26

An officer was out at the park checking on a vehicle with no occupants.

There was a report of a loud motorcycle in the 200 block of West Douglas with noise continuing on an off for an hour. Reporting party said he said something to them and the other party threatened to shoot him. Officers arrived on scene and spoke to the other party. They were working on the motorcycle and had no knowledge of a gun or threats toward anyone. Officer advised them to keep the noise down and go inside for the night.

Breckenridge PD was working a case with a stolen phone that was at a party and got busted. The phone pinged at an address in Dublin. An officer went to speak with the female that had the phone and recovered the phone so the owner could pick it up at the PD.

A little stray dog showed up in the 600 block of East Sheridan. The call was referred to animal control.
