Incoming Dublin High School Freshman Selene Moreno signs her signature to a new mural in downtown Stephenville across from the Stephenville Police Department. Selene was the winner of a regional 9-1-1 art contest. Dublin Junior High art teacher Skye Gaitan stands with Selene Moreno after the student was named the winner of an art contest, which allowed her drawing to become a mural. Gaitan encouraged Selene to enter after seeing her talent as an artist.
