Grand Jury indicts 9

The following individuals were indicted by the Erath County Grand Jury June 25: Jason Christopher Bourgeois, 18, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (State Jail felony); Jacob Derrell Craig, 19, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (State Jail felony); Edward Vaughn Decker, 53, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (Second Degree felony); Maciel Delossantos, 43, driving while intoxicated with child passenger (State Jail felony); Sean Joseph Parrack, 54, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Edun Javier Penaloza, 27, possession of a substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Amy Lynn Spurgeon, 45, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony); Racheal Renee Wilborn, 44, two counts of possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and Kirk Lynn Wright, 34, assault family violence with prior conviction, enhanced (Third Degree felony.)
