The following first responder calls were made July 20-July 27.

Local first responders handled 57 calls during this time and PD completed 14 traffic stops.

Dublin PD July 20

A welfare concern was called in regarding an employee that had not been to work, answering phone calls and his vehicle had not moved from the residence in a few days.

Dublin PD assisted county with a missing individual. The missing individual ran past a deputy screaming.

July 21

Dublin PD assisted with a reckless driver call on FM 847 when a silver 4D car had been swerving behind the person, and almost hit a bridge. The reporting person stopped to check on the subject, and the driver waved them on. They were not located.

A reporting person believed her phone was stolen, and tracked it to an address on North Grafton.

A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Perry Drive when a neighbor was screaming at another neighbor who just returned home.

A reporting person in the 800 block of Preston Lane advised the linemen putting up new lines hit his utility trailer with their bucket.

A traffic hazard was reported at the park when a white GMC Sierra was blocking the crosswalk at the park.

July 22

An officer aided a motorist at Dublin High School.

A commercial alarm was activated in the 400 block of East Blackjack Street.

July 23

A vehicle crash was reported in the 1000 block of North FM 219. No injuries reported.

A welfare concern was done regarding an elderly male that hasn’t been seen in a few weeks.

July 24

A reckless driver was reported on Hwy. 6 westbound with no lights on, and failing to maintain lane. Warning issued.

A mattress was in the middle of the roadway on Hwy. 6/Loop 267.

July 25

A suspicious person was reported on Blackjack and Patrick. A female wearing a backpack and dressed in black was looking in windows.

A reckless driver was reported on West State Hwy. 6 when a white SUC was speeding, running people off the road and ran a red light in DeLeon. Driver was not located.

A motorcycle crash occurred on South Loop 377/Loop 267.

A reporting person called in a vehicle crash in the 100 block of West Mesquite when they backed into a neighbor’s truck. The neighbor wasn’t home.

A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East Elm when a neighbor reportedly nearly hit them with a vehicle. No contact was made.

July 26

A motorist assist was done on Hwy. 377/Hwy. 6.

A person reported their car being struck with heavy rear end damage in the 400 block of North Grafton.

An alarm was reported int the 200 block of North Davies.

A welfare concern was called in regarding a man laying behind a bank on West Elm Street.

A person reported the violation of a protective order.

A reckless driver was reported on FM 219. Was not located. July 27

A vehicle crash occurred on FM 914 when a red Ford Fusion went through a fence. Driver did not know if they were injured.

July 21 – A hay field was on fire on FM 2156.

July 25- A reporting person in the 800 block of South Liberty stated a pickup was making small grass fires in the area with chains dragging.

Erath County EMS – Dublin division July 21 - Dublin PD assisted on a call with two subjects both alert, conscious and breathing July 22 – A panic attack victim needed assistance from EMS at Dublin Family Clinic July 25 – an elderly female was shaky and feeling nauseous .
