Hispanic heritage festival set for Sept. 30 -Oct. 1

Dublin and the Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 2nd annual Hispanic Heritage Festival Sept. 30-Oct. 1. The festival is bringing back some crowd favorites and adding some new excitement as the festival moves to the Dublin City Park. The kickoff will begin all around town on Sept.
