Ladies battle dogs

Lady Lions matches went to the dogs last week as they faced the Millsap Bulldogs and Peaster Greyhounds.

They faced Millsap Tuesday, Sept. 19 on the Dublin High School home court, racking up 18, 10 and 10 points to the Bulldogs’ 25s.

The home team’s numbers were bolstered the following Lady Lion stats:

■ Summer Anderson – 9 assists, 2 digs

■ Olivia Salyer-2 digs, 1 ace, 1 kill

■ Bailey Watson-3 blocks, 2 kills

■ Paige Wilson-4 digs

■ Jaclyn Gibson- 2 kills, 2 blocks

■ Ingrid Hernandez-2 kills, 1 block

■ Madison Turley-2 kills,

1 dig The Dublin ladies followed with an away game against Peaster on Friday, Sept. 22. They scored 10, 9 and 3 in the game’s three sets.

The Lady Lions racked up the following stats before the final point:
