  • The Dublin boys and girls varsity cross country runners claimed first place and second place as a team respectively thanks to the efforts of strong finishes by all the runners.     Dublin Cross Country took top honors as they hosted the Fellowship of Christian Athletes meet Sept. 22.

    The boys claimed first place out of six teams thanks to the following strong finishes:

    1. Jilt DeBoer, 17:31

    3. Emiliano Hernandez, 17:50

    7. Joel Escobar, 19:33

    8. Lisandro Ortiz, 19:54

    10. Ayush Patel, 20:18

    13. Manny Candelario, 20:51

    16. Adrian Juarez, 24:59

    The girls took second place with the following finishes:

    2. Navalee White, 14:09

    4. Sarah Resendiz, 14:27

    9. Libby Turner, 15:01

    17. Keylee Porter, 15:45

    32. Bailey Watson, 18:50

    Nate Minor also ran for Dublin in the JV race, placing 13th with a time of 24:55
