Dublin Secondary School will host the district cross country meet Wednesday, Oct. 8 with athletes vying to advance in long laps run around the campus.
Varsity girls will kick off the event, starting at 9 a.m. o the front edge of the property near the cemetery.
They will be followed by varsity boys then JV girls and JV Boys.
Jr. High runners will compete at 4 p.m. starting with 7th grade girls then 7th grade boys, 8th grade girls and 8th grade boys.
Running in the district meet will be:

■ Early
■ Comanche
■ Millsap
■ Peaster
■ Breckenridge
■ Tolar Lions fans and families are welcome to attend but watch for runners and crossing guards while the event is in progress.
