Troy Harbin Troy Ray Harbin, a beloved father, husband, and grandfather, passed away in Fort Worth, Texas surrounded by his loving family on January 1, 2025. Born on November 6, 1936, in Dublin, Texas, to Lela and Bill Harbin, Troy was a cowboy at heart who loved roping and fishing. He was known for his honesty and integrity.
Troy is preceded in death by his parents, Lela and Bill Harbin, and his daughter, Linda Harbin.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 73 years, Fleda Harbin, and his daughters, Deborah Steiner, Sheree Lindsey and her husband Dennis, and Vickie Toon and her husband Lance. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Sandy Jutte, Scott Steiner, Chris Byrd, Kevin Byrd, Brandon Finley, Anna Toon, and Mason Toon.
Services were held Saturday, Jan.4, 2024, at Harrell Funeral Hom Memorial Chapel.
