Calling all women who want to make a difference! We invite you to come to our last meetings for 2023 and see how we can all take control of our own destinies. Come mingle with ladies of a like mind and see how we are making a difference in our communities, our counties and our state, and in turn this great country we call home. The Cross Timbers Republican Women invite you to join us for our last meetings of the year. Two very special meetings are planned for this month and next.
This month features a presentation, “Government Among The People” led by Peggy Green. This event will be held on Thursday November 16, at noon at the Wellington State Bank Community Room at 2895 Northwest Loop, Stephenville. You are welcome to bring your own lunch.
Officer elections will follow the presentation and the slate is: President - Peggy Green, Vice President - Lea Contreras, Secretary - Megan Lutrick, Kim Baker - Political Action Committee Treasurer and Club Treasurer. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor.
In December a special Christmas Meet & Greet Lunch will be held on Thursday December 21, also at noon at the same location. Members will be providing food, so expect a wonderful meal. We are donating diapers to Choices, so please bring some if you wish to contribute.
