Vs. Bangs
The Dublin Lady Lions varsity volleyball girls went four sets deep in their fight against the Bangs Lady Dragons on Tuesday, Aug. 29 at the Roy and Lynn Neff Gym at Dublin Secondary.
The pride pounced out of the gate, claiming the first set with 25 over Bangs’ 23.
From there, Dublin scored 17, 16 and 10 to the Dragons’ 25s.
Senior Paige Wilson had 16 digs across the game and Madison Turley racked up 11 while Ingrid Hernandez and Summer Anderson had six each.
Anderson also led in assists with 14 and scored four aces.
Turley led in kills with eight.
Olivia Salyer led in blocks with six followed by Derby Kukla with five.

two- set victory beforehand.)
Vs. Hawley
The Lady Lions traveled to Hawley on Saturday, Sept. 2 as they faced a threeset loss to the Bearcats.
Dublin scored six in the first set and 13 in sets two and three as Hawley put up their 25s.
Wilson managed an impressive 10 digs during the game.
