CCHF fundraiser on tap Sept. 17

Body

Preparations for the 17th Annual Comanche County Healthcare Foundation (CCHF) fundraiser are underway with tickets being sold and items for the live and silent auctions being sought.

The dinner and live auction event will take place Saturday, Sept. 17, at the Evans Sale Barn in Proctor with a prime rib and shrimp dinner, and all the trimmings by Littlejohn’s Catering. After the dinner, the live auction will get underway with a number of very exciting items on which to bid.

The silent auction is online. It gets underway Labor Day Weekend on the Handbid.com app and runs right up until the evening of the event.

Dinner tickets are $75 per person. Corporate tables are available for $750. Tickets can be purchased from any CCHF Board member, or online through the event’s online auction site on Handbid.com.

Cash donations can be made to CCHF by mail to CCHF, P.O. Box 634, Comanche, TX 76442 and online at https://events. handbid. com/ auctions/ cchf donation/donations.

The theme for this year’s fundraiser is “A Lasting Legacy for Future Generations,” as funds raised will help support the new nursing home being built adjacent to the hospital, which will provide essential patient care for the region.

The Comanche County Healthcare Foundation has raised more than $1 million for the hospital thanks to the generosity of donors.

Anyone wishing to purchase tickets, make a donation or donate an item for the auctions can contact any CCHF Board member listed on the website, www. comanchechf.org, email comanchechf@ gmail. com, or call CCMC Office of Business Development at 325-488-4124.

Updates on the event will be posted on Facebook @ comanchechf. org.
