Michael E. Boucher CPA announced last week it has changed its name to reflect the addition of Mary Smart as a partner.
The firm will now be called Boucher and Smart CPAs, LLC.
Boucher said this decision was assisted by the “outstanding response” the Dublin firm has experienced in its first six months of operations as Michael E. Boucher CPA.
“We are honored and grateful for the loyalty shown by all our clients,” Boucher said. “We are excited about the opportunities this will bring to Dublin, Erath County and surrounding areas. We believe this change will be beneficial to our clients and better equip us to serve more individuals and businesses.” Smart has been collectively managing the firm for more than 10 years with the previous owners and with the firm Michael E Boucher CPA. She has been in the accounting field for more than 20 years. Smart holds a degree in accounting from Tarleton State University and became a CPA in 2007.
