Erath Grand jury indicts 12

The Erath County Grand Jury returned 15 indictments July 20. Indictments include:

Barron J. Forshage, 45, unauthorized use of a vehicle (State Jail felony);

Garrett Paul Frey, 46, deadly conduct discharge firearm (Third degree felony);

Hayes Lloyd Fuller, 27, theft less than $2,500 with two prior convictions (State Jail felony);

Donald Lynn Goodwin, 46, three counts of aggravated assault enhanced (Second Degree felony) and four counts of abandoning and endangering a child (State Jail felony);

Samuel Earl Grissom, 34, theft of a firearm (State Jail felony);

Lance James Hallman, 31, assault family violence with previous conviction (Third Degree felony), injury to a child, elderly or disabled individual (Third Degree felony) and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony);

Edgar Omar Hernandez, 27, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 – one gram or more but less than four grams (Third Degree felony);

Rosa Antonia Perez, 47, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 – less than one gram (State Jail felony);

Lon James Rose IV, 27, injury to a child, elderly or disabled individual (First Degree felony);

Scott Edward Warren, 20, assault family violence occlusion (Third Degree felony);

Michael Joseph Waters Jr., 41, criminal mischief - $2,500 or more but less than $30,000 (State Jail Felony) and

Christopher Cullen Weekes, 38, arson – habitation property of another – enhanced and arson habitation security interest – enhanced (First Degree felonies).
