Erath County Genealogical Society to meet July 16
Did you ever participate in a Show-N-Tell assignment in school? Do you have a family story that you enjoy telling? Erath County Genealogical Society invites you join us at the Dublin Public Library on Saturday, July 16th at 2:00 p.m. You are encouraged to bring a photo, family heirloom, or memento to show the group and talk about why that item has special significance to you. One of the reasons that hobby groups such as a genealogy club exist is that people enjoy telling about their families. This month’s Show and Tell program is your opportunity to share a story behind one of your family treasures. Sign up to speak for two to five minutes, or simply join us to hear others tell their tale. Send questions or comments to Sheryl Rascher ecgs.dpl@gmail. com (817) 680-5691, or just show up. Guests are always welcome.
