The Erath County Grand Jury returned 10 indictments on April 20.
They included:
Lexis Blaire Clark, 23, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Edgar Omar Hernandez, 26, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Roberto Mendoza, 48, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
Juan Domingo Sanchez Miranda, 36, driving while intoxicated (with a child passenger), a state jail felony;
Mario Duran Montero a/k/a Santiago Montero, 42, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
Emeterio Corona Ramirez a/k/a J. Emeterio Ramirez-Corona a/k/a J. Emerterio Ramirez, 67, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense, enhanced), a thirddegree felony;
Precious Joy Robison, 35, two counts of forgery (by making), a state jail felony;
Tuesday Rene Robison, 30, theft ($2,500 or more but less than $30,000), a state jail felony;
Jesus Romero, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams, enhanced), a thirddegree felony;
Rode Don Simmons, 30, burglary of a building, a state jail felony;
