Erath County Grand Jury returned nine indictments on March 16.
They included:
■ Christy Rich Carnes, 48, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Josean Yamil Cruz-Rivera, 24, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a third-degree felony;
■ Samuel Dustin Knight, 28, fraudulent use or possession of identifying information (five items or more but less than 10 items), a third-degree felony;
■ Anthony Martinez, 51, failure to comply with registration requirements (enhanced), a third-degree felony;
■ Christopher James Northam, 26, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Randy Keith Stone, 64, burglary of a building, a state jail felony;
■ Daniel Stanley Valle, 19, burglary of a building, a state jail felony;
■ Marcu Gomez Valle, 17, burglary of a building, a state jail felony;
■ Dylan Joseph Wokaly, 68, fraudulent use or possession of identifying information (10 items or more but less than 50 items, a second-degree felony;
