The Erath County Grand Jury returned 12 indictments on Thursday, Feb. 17. They included:
■ Joshua Dean Brinkerhoff, 34, aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony;
■ Jeffery Don Champion, 33, credit card or debit card abuse (enhanced), a state jail felony;
■ Roberto Cortez, 33, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony;
■ Chris Estella Frausto-Oliver, 30, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a firstdegree felony;
■ Rogelio Donjuan Maldonado, 43, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
■ Jose Rosario Mendez-Mendoza, 36, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a first-degree felony;
■ John Robert Newland, 37, misapplication of contractor trust funds (greater than $500), a third-degree felony;
■Cody Walker Perry, 22, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■Dennis James Peters, 22, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■Arturo Ramirez-Sanchez, 33, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a third-degree felony;
■ Ronald Kevin Uroz, 55, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony;
■ Brandon Lesley Whitworth, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony;
