February 4

Numerous vehicles were reported sliding off icy roadways and through fences.

February 6

There were lots of calls all over the county about control burns getting out of control. The burn ban was reinstated at noon today.

At 4:01 p.m. a small Corriente bull has been penned on private property for 2 or 3 days, awaiting owner.

February 7

At 6:22 p.m. eight white trash bags filled mostly with empty beer cans were either dumped on fell out of a vehicle near CR 303 and CR 304. A contact name was found inside and the commissioner was contacted.

February 8

At 3:13 p.m. a possibly rabid raccoon was seen lying on a porch on CR 372.

February 9

At 1:33 p.m. a dead goat was found dumped in a ditch on CR 277.

February 10

At 9:55 a.m. a barn fire on CR 397 took almost two hours to put out.

At 11;49 a.m. 20 acres on fire on CR 365 took over three and a half hours to put out.

At 1:42 p.m. a pot belly pig was found on Hwy 377 North, awaiting owner.

At 1:48 p.m. a citation was issued in violation of a control burn on FM 1702.
