2021 Costume contest winners

There were more than two dozen entries in the 2021 Dublin Citizen/Dublin Chamber of Commerce Halloween Costume Contest. This made selections very hard for the panel of eight judges. Because of the number of great costumes, it was decided to increase the number of winners past the number of four categories: best group/pair, best pet, best children’s costume and best adult costume.
