The Dublin Development Club voted to send a representative to Chihuahua City, Mexico as part of the Highway 67 organization. The representative was set to leave from Stephenville for Presidio, Texas and then cross over to the Mexican city as part of a goodwill mission in extending the highway from the Mexican border town to the Pacific coast.
Wanda Hallmark had received her silver wings as a flight attendant for American Airlines following an Oct. 15 graduation.
