The Stephenville Area Elks Lodge hosted a free fish day for local youth Saturday on Proctor Lake. Although rain threatened to spoil the fun, the event still drew several kids and adults for a work safety program by the Corps of Engineers, an appearance by the Texas Game Warden Wall of Shame trailer, a free hamburger lunch and of course, free fishing.
