At 1:43 a.m. a Ford Explorer knocked the wheel off a John Deere bailer before rolling over onto its side on FM 8 West. After the driver exited, the vehicle began smoking but no flames were seen.
At 1:32 p.m. another vehicle rolled over on FM 219 North.
At 6:21 p.m. a GMC pickup ran off road and was tipped over atop a fence on CR 258/259, trapping one person.
August 16
At 1:03 a.m. a vehicle drove off CR 256 and through a fence, cracking a power pole and possibly slicing off the driver’s finger. United Coop was notified.
At 11:58 a.m. a black Angus bull with ear tag 55G went missing from Hwy 377 South.
At 5:08 p.m. a black Angus cow with ear tag 15 went missing from CR 520.
At 10:26 p.m. a fatal twovehicle accident on Hwy 6 West left one vehicle upside down and another on fire in the trees.
August 17
At 8:24 a.m. someone took the bolts out of an electric fence on Hwy 281 North attempting to steal a Polaris UTV which was left with the door open.
At 7:06 p.m. a large bull with a blue tag and EF brand was found on CR 154.
August 19
At 8:31 p.m. a power washer and paint sprayer were stolen from a building on CR 354.
