The Texas Department of State Health Services reported that Erath County had an estimated 81 active cases of COVID-19 when it released its weekly update Monday.
DSHS also reported that the county has had 2,976 confirmed cases and 1,438 probable cases since the pandemic started in March 2020.
There have been 70 fatalities linked to COVID-19 in Erath.
DSHS estimates that there are 4,309 recovered cases of COVID-19 in the county.
