The Dublin Economic Development Corporation approved four grants during its regular board meeting on July 27.
Grants that were approved included:
■ a $3,000 home improvement grant application from Bob Ditmore for new windows at 212 Liberty
■ a $4,000 historic home grant application from Lanora Davidson for new windows and a door at 237 N. Patrick (Davidson abstained from the vote)
■ a $2,943.92 commercial building improvement grant for signage and light at the Frontline Heroes Museum
■ a $500 community improvement grant (event marketing) for the Dublin Chamber of Commerce in promoting the Hispanic Heritage Celebration set for September
