The Erath County Grand Jury returned 10 indictments on July 7.
They included:
Daylin Rhea Adams, 28, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Gloria Labrado Everett, 47, harassment of a public servant, a third degree felony;
Judah Tomal Frank-Hagen, 27, burglary of a building, a state jail felony;
Steven Lynn Jackson, 56, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third degree felony;
Ethan Cord Speaks, 30, resisting arrest, search or transport (with a deadly transport), a third degree felony; attempt to take weapon from officer, a state jail felony;
Ronnie Lee Stephens, 44, sexual assault (of a child), enhanced), a second degree felony; and possession of child pornography (enhanced), a third degree felony;
Tracy Lee Thurman, 56, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a first degree felony;
Jesse James Towers, 26, theft ( less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions), a state jail felony.
