The Erath County Grand Jury returned 17 indictments on June 16. They included:
Tony Aldape, 31, evading arrest or detention (with a vehicle, enhanced), a third-degree felony;
Michael Moeyon Brown, 24, burglary of a habitation (with intent to commit assault), a seconddegree felony; aggravated assault (with a deadly weapon), a second-degree felony;
Jake Hunter Deaver, 35, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
Martin Ignacio Delgado, 30, burglary of a habitation, a first-degree felony; and evading arrest or detention (with a vehicle), a third-degree felony;
Mark Anthony Flores, 26, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
James Thomas Harbin, 56, driving while intoxicated (with previous intoxication manslaughter conviction, enhanced), a third-degree felony;
Nicholas Adam Jones, 27, injury to a child, elderly or disabled individual, a third-degree felony;
Paul Marcus Jones, 63, possession of child pornography (six counts), a third-degree felony;
Phillip Everett Laws, 40, burglary of a habitation (with intent to commit felony), a second-degree felony; injury to a child, elderly or disabled individual (enhanced), a third-degree felony;
Roberto Mendoza, 48, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
Aaron Louis Taff, 41, two counts of exploitation of a child, elderly or disabled individual (enhanced), a third-degree felony;
Sharon Marie Taff, 36, two counts of exploitation of a child, elderly or disabled individual (enhanced), a third-degree felony;
