Dr. Charles Crabtree announced the opening of his new office building. The new location was at 116 North Grafton and the office was closed Monday morning and Saturday afternoon.

Dublin was filled with people for the reunion, summer fair and the Dr Pepper celebration. An estimated 2000 people or more filled the streets to honor the oldest Dr Pepper bottling plant. This was the 105th anniversary of the plant. Every motel, as well as the Patrick St. Inn, was filled for the celebration and even some Stephenville motels were packed.
