Ther Erath County Grand Jury returned 21 indictments on Thursday. They included the following:
Tracy Jane Almaguer, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Rocky Sanmiguel Campos, 36, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Tamber Lynn Dixon, 31, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a first-degree felony;
■ Coleman Pynes Emerson, 19, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Juan Ramon Escobedo Jr., 31, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram, enhanced), a state jail felony;
■ Alan Domiko Facio, 32, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a thirddegree felony;
■ Michael Coleman Fenwick, 21, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Arron Lee Harris, 24, evading arrest or detention (with a vehicle), a third-degree felony;
■ Jamie Kathleen Humphrey, 34, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a third-degree felony;
■ Adam Carl Knight, 61, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
■ Joshua Glenn Largent, 37, exploitation of a child, elderly or disabled individual, a third-degree felony;
■ Jose Fulgencio Luna, 65, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense, enhanced), a third-degree felony;
■ Clinton David McKinney, burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony;
■ Johnathan Bedford Newman, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams, enhanced), a second-degree felony;
■ Robert Brodie Oswald, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams, enhanced), a thirddegree felony;
■ Crystal Lorraine Padron, 31, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony;
■ Amanda Dawn Dominy Payne, 38, exploitation of a child, elderly or disabled individual, a third-degree felony;
■ Christopher Edward Payne, 47, exploitation of a child, elderly or disabled individual (enhanced), a third-degree felony;
■ Versonyca Reashea Reeves, 21, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony;
■ Kelly Joy Schulze, 43, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Gordon Anderson Shockley, 50, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense, enhanced), a third-degree felony;
