MS Trail Ride returning
The Cowboy Capital MS Trail Ride benefitting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, has been scheduled for May 1, 2021. Organizers of the event hope to see a return in attendance after the event had to be canceled for 2020 due to COVID guidelines enacted by Tarleton, who Hunewell Ranch acts as the venue for the picturesque ride. Early Registration set for Dublin
Kindergarten/Pre-k Early registration for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten for 2021 -2022 will be held in the Dublin Elementary Library on April 13 2021 from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. For Pre-Kindergarten:
Must be 4 years old on or before Sept 1, 2021 (Must have 4 year old immunizations before registration)
Parents must bring the following:
■ Birth Certificate
■ Immunization Record
■ Social Security Card

Fundraiser underway for Ambassador program
A Hope Floats Fundraiser is being created to benefit the Miss Dublin Ambassador Program.
The 2020/2021 Court is looking forward to participating in parades, activities and events throughout Erath, Comanche & Hamilton County.
The Ambassador Program is sponsored by the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
The Dublin Chamber of Commerce has a nonprofit status. Your contribution is a tax write off.
Your donation will be deposited in the FNB Miss Dublin account. It will be used to pay for float banners, float decorations, float repair, props, scholarship funds, and the continued future of the Miss Dublin Ambassador Program.
Donations can be sent to Kim Stone, manager of Texas Bank, treasurer on the Chamber board of directors and longtime supporter of all things Dublin.

Helipad to be closed
The helicopter landing pad at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville will be closed from March 22 to April 8 (tentative) due to construction on North Graham Street (Texas State Highway 108).
Patients needing to be flown to other hospitals by helicopter during this period will be transported by ground to Stephenville Clark Regional Airport for the flight.
The construction affects North Graham Street from Green Street through the Tarleton Street intersection to a point between the post office entrance and exit.
Access to the hospital Emergency Department is not directly affected. Both the Graham Street (Highway 108) and the Belknap Street entrances to the parking lot will remain open.

Greens Creek Baptist to host Easter Egg hunt
Greens Creek Baptist Church will host an Easter Festival and Egg Hunt from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, March 27 at the church, 1263 County Road 3809 in Dublin.
There will be games, crafts, the Easter story and food.
The church is located just off Highway 377 between Dublin and Stephenville. Turn left at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Achievers to meet
The Achievers of Stephenville (and surrounding area), a club within the Texas Extension Education Association (TEEA) would like to invite you become a member. Our mission is to strengthen and enrich families through educational programs, leadership development, and community service. We do this through the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.
Think of it as 4-H for adults (without the animals and hard work). We have fun, fellowship and food while learning exciting new things for you, your family and your community.
