Several Dublin High School Band members qualified for the Region Ban following auditions. They were: Cynthia Martin (left to right), Mia Jaimes, Lorenzo Ortega, Yosselyn Sanchez and Ruby Ortega. Yosselyn Sanchez made concert band percussion. Cynthia Martin made 3rd chair concert band trombone. Ruby Ortega made 6th chair symphonic band French horn. Lorenzo Ortega made 2nd chair concert band clarinet. Mia Jaimes made 6th chair honor band clarinet and Area qualifier. Bryan Rios (Sr percussion) also auditioned for his first time ever and came within a few spots of placing in a band.
