Caller reported a male subject behaving erratically, possibly in a vehicle but no vehicle was around on Clinton.

Caller reported that a male and female subject were banging on the door trying to get in, the subjects were reported to be intoxicated on the 300 block of Valley.

Caller believes that there may be skimmers on the pumps at the Dublin Stop. Caller stated that he used his card to purchase fuel and later his card was used in Manor,TX.
