BROWNWOOD

Water slightly stained; 57 degrees; 2.73 low. Largemouth bass are slow with crankbaits, tubes, and spinners in near deeper creeks, rocky shorelines, and fallen timber. Crappie are fair on minnows in brush piles and timber near a creek channel. White bass and hybrids are slow on slabs and swimbaits. Catfish are fair on punch bait and cut bait in 6-20’ near baited areas.

GRANBURY

Water clear; 59 degrees; 0.23 low. Largemouth bass are slow on chrome diving crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and flipping jigs in 12-18’ near creek bends, submerged timber, and rock ledges. Crappie fishing is fair around brush piles and boat docks with minnows and jigs. Catfishing is fair with cut bait or punch bait. White bass are good using white or chrome slabs and jigging spoons. Stripers are slow with live bait along the main lake channel in 20-35”.

POSSUM KINGDOM

Water clear; 57 degrees; 0.53’ low. Largemouth bass are good to fair close to steep, deep drops mid-lake, and using the boat docks as structures and cover with worms, crankbait, and rattletraps. Crappie are slowing to fair on jigs and minnows on the calm side of islands depending on wind direction. White bass are slow to fair on jigs, slabs, and spoons. Striped bass are fair on live shad and jigs. Catfish are good on cut bait, live sunfish, and stinkbait.

Water clear; 57 degrees; 0.53’ low. Largemouth bass are good to fair close to steep, deep drops mid-lake, and using the boat docks as structures and cover with worms, crankbait, and rattletraps. Crappie are slowing to fair on jigs and minnows on the calm side of islands depending on wind direction. White bass are slow to fair on jigs, slabs, and spoons. Striped bass are fair on live shad and jigs. Catfish are good on cut bait, live sunfish, and stinkbait.

Water slightly stained; 57 degrees; 2.66 low. Black bass are fair on creek ledges, flooded timber, ridges and drop-offs on spinners, drop shots, and skirted jigs. White bass are fair on the main lake with jigging spoons and slabs. Stripers are slow with live shad along the main lake river channel edges in 15-35’. Crappie are fair with minnows in 14-25’ timber near creek channels and brush piles. Catfish are good on punch bait and cut bait.
