The following individuals were indicted by the Erath County Grand Jury Aug. 20 on felony charges.
Individuals include: Jessie Lee Ainsworth, 40, driving while intoxicated with child passenger, enhanced (State Jail felony); Jesus Manuel Deleon, 43, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); William Edgar Hickey, 62, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Joshua Rolston Majors, 46, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Stephanie Kay Moseley, 38, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (Second Degree felony); Joe Paul Martinez, 43, two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements (Third Degree felonies); Anthony Blake Peaton, 33, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Omar Eduardo Robles, 23, deadly conduct, discharge firearm, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Desiree Faith Ramirez, 33, prohibited substance in a correctional facility (Third Degree felony) and Everett Brooke Williams, 51, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhanced (Second Degree felony) and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, enhanced (Third Degree felony).
