The following first responder calls were made July 27-Aug. 3.

Local first responders handled 100 calls during this time and PD completed 46 traffic stops.

Dublin PD July 27

A red Ford Fusion went through a fence in the 23000 block of FM 914.

A vehicle crash occurred between a grey Jeep Cherokee and a semi with trailer on the Dublin Loop. No injuries.

An abandoned vehicle was called in on East Harris and North Grafton for a red mustang with damage.

A vehicle crash occurred on 914/ East Hwy. 6.

A welfare concern was called in regarding a teen with thoughts of self-harm.

A welfare concern was called in regarding an elderly confused man at the Post Office.

July 28

An agency assist was called in for a reckless driver on CR 317. Unable to locate. A traffic hazard was reported for a red mustang that was hit that was half in and out of the road on East Harris and North Grafton. Traffic was having a hard time getting through. Police reported they were aware.

A deceased person was found by family.

A business was reported for allegedly having THC pens and a gambling machine.

Two men were reportedly going door to door selling vacuums with no city permit.

A dog was reportedly locked in a car with the keys. PD assisted.

July 29

An agency assist occurred on CR 317.

A traffic hazard was reported on North FM 219 and Loop 267.

Dublin PD aided another agency in helping locate a subject involved in a physical disturbance in the county.

July 30

A vehicle crash occurred on North Patrick in front of Sonic and Dublin Auto. No injuries.

Dublin PD aided in an agency assist for an unresponsive male.

Reckless driver was reported on Blackjack when a white semi ran someone off the road.

A person was being blackmailed for money over inappropriate messages.

July 31

A disturbance occurred in the 300 block of West Valley.

PD assisted with a CPS investigation.

A reckless driver was reported on Hwy. 377 when a black truck was involved in a road rage incident. They were unable to be located.

A vehicle crash occurred between a vehicle and a cow in the 5300 block of CR 299. Vehicle was totaled, no injuries.

Aug. 1

Dublin PD assisted another agency on CR 317.

A person asked for assistance regarding family attempting to take a trailer that she has the title to.

An agency assist occurred with a vehicle a mom believed to belong to her missing son. Was not his vehicle.

A citizen contact occurred regarding a welfare check.

A follow up investigation occurred when a subject violated a protective order.

A theft occurred in the 1000 block of North Patrick at the Dollar General Market.

A reckless driver was reported on 800 block of East Blackjack. Contact was made and driver was not intoxicated.

Aug. 2

A subject called reporting a violation of an emergency protective order.

Dublin PD assisted another agency with a drunk driver with children in the car, possible domestic disturbance also.

Possible child abuse case investigation at the city pool.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 100 block of East Live Oak.

Aug. 3

An abandoned vehicle was reported on 377 South and South Patrick Street.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Highland.

Dublin VFD

July 28 – Comanche County requested mutual aid for a wildfire in a costal field in the 500 block of CR 466 July 28 – A fire occurred in the 4200 block of CR 337.

July 31 – A structure fire occurred in the 22000 block of FM 219. Home was a complete loss.

Aug. 1 – FD responded to a rekindle of the fire from the day before.

Erath County EMS – Dublin division

July 28 – an infant was transported after not eating, and not being themselves.

July 28 – an individual was having chest pain.

July 29 – A female had a seizure.

July 30 – EMS aided a pregnant female who was bleeding.

Aug. 1 – EMS assisted someone who had fallen with shortness of breath.
