DHS track athletes compete at Regionals

Three Dublin High School senior track athletes ended their season at the Region 1-3A track meet at Abilene Christian University’s Elmer Gray Stadium May 1 and 2. Olivia Salyer (above, center) placed 6th (out of 16) in the long jump with a distance of 16’08”. Alex Teten (left) placed 15th in the high jump with a height of 5’10”. Jayden Deleon (right) placed 9th in the triple jump with a distance of 41’05”. The athletes were gathered at Dublin Secondary’s victory bell prior to Regionals to celebrate qualifying for the event.
